Rhythm & Purpose:

The R&B Experience. Each host will be responsible for an assigned section of guest tables, helping ensure dinner service runs smoothly and every attendee receives a high-quality, welcoming experience. This is a guest-facing hospitality role requiring strong communication, professionalism and the ability to respond calmly and quickly in a fast-paced event environment. Responsibilities Take ownership of an assigned section of guest tables throughout the event. Welcome guests and assist them with seating, event information and general questions. Coordinate with the catering team to help maintain the timing and flow of dinner service. Communicate dietary concerns, missing items and special requests to the appropriate team member. Monitor assigned tables and respond promptly to guest needs. Keep tables and the surrounding area tidy and presentable throughout the event. Resolve minor concerns professionally and escalate larger issues to event leadership. Remain familiar with the event schedule, venue layout and available guest amenities. Work closely with catering, security and event staff to provide a seamless guest experience. Represent Rhythm & Purpose Collective with warmth, professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Previous hospitality, banquet, restaurant, catering or event experience is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Dependable, attentive and comfortable taking initiative. Ability to remain composed while managing multiple guest requests. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be available for the full assigned shift on October 18, 2026. Must attend any required pre-event orientation or training.
