You will welcome guests, manage the reservation book, pace seating to support service, and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure. •

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome Guests:

Make a great first impression by greetind guests warmly upon arrival, set the tone for their dining experience. o

Manage Reservations/Seating:

Utilize seating charts to seat guests efficiently, managing a waiting list during busy periods. o

Communication:

Provide accurate wait times to guests. Answer phones and manage in-person inquiries. o

Support Service:

Coordinate with servers and management to maintain a smooth flow of service. Assist with clearing/resetting tables as needed. o

Maintain Atmosphere:

Keep the host stand and entryway clean and organized. •

Required Skills:

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills. o Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. o Organizational skills and proficiency with reservation software (e.g., OpenTable). o Ability to stand for long periods. •

Experience:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not always required Background check will be conducted by contacting former employers
