The Lions Den 1837 is looking for a creative, self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our restaurant's presence and bring more guests through our doors. What You'll Do Create and manage Facebook and Instagram content Take high-quality photos and short-form videos at the restaurant Create and edit Reels and promotional videos Develop marketing campaigns for events, food, cocktails, and special experiences Manage our social media posting calendar Help grow engagement, followers, and local awareness Create email and text marketing campaigns Keep our website and digital presence current Develop paid Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns Track results and identify what's actually bringing guests into the restaurant Work directly with ownership and management on marketing ideas Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is creative but understands business . You should have a good eye for photography/video, understand social media, be comfortable creating content, and know how to turn marketing into actual restaurant traffic. Restaurant or hospitality marketing experience is a plus, but not required. What Success Looks Like This isn't a position where the goal is simply to "post on social media." Your goal is to help us: Increase awareness. Increase engagement. Increase guest counts. We want The Lions Den 1837 to become one of the most recognizable dining destinations in the Lake Anna region.
