Full Job Description About Us:

River City Roll is Richmond's boutique bowling alley featuring craft cocktails, delicious food, and live entertainment. We're looking for an enthusiastic and personable Host to join our team and create a welcoming first impression for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner Manage reservations and waitlists for both restaurant tables and bowling lanes Assign and seat bowling lanes accurately and efficiently Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries Communicate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required Must have Tuesday, Wednesday, and full weekend availability, including late nights on Fridays and Saturdays Availability on holidays as needed
