Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient customer service as the first point of contact Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained at all times Assist servers with bussing tables, food handling, and delivering items to guests as needed Set tables according to restaurant standards, including proper placement of silverware, glassware, and napkins Support kitchen staff by handling heavy lifting tasks safely during food preparation or catering setups Maintain high levels of sanitation through regular cleaning of dining areas, chairs, and service stations Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is key Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety standards, and proper table setting techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Experience in catering or hotel hospitality is a plus but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving furniture or supplies A positive attitude, energetic approach, and eagerness to contribute to a lively dining atmosphere This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who want to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
