Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and positive attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they walk in Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, maintaining smooth flow during busy hours Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information about our services and wait times Assist guests with seating preferences, special requests, and any questions to enhance their experience Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, turning any issues into positive interactions Requirements Prior experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant environment preferred Strong communication skills with an ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills to create welcoming interactions Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and positive attitude essential for success in this role Join us to be part of a lively team where your hospitality skills shine!
