Job Description

SUMMARY:
The Player Development Host builds and manages relationships with high-value casino guests to drive loyalty, retention, and revenue. This role delivers personalized, high-touch service while managing an assigned player portfolio, analyzing performance, and strategically reinvesting through comps and amenities. The Host promotes casino programs and events, coordinates cross-departmental services, and resolves guest concerns to ensure an exceptional experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to balance guest satisfaction with profitability and compliance. All duties are performed in accordance with gaming regulations, internal controls, company policies, and responsible gaming standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required, with 1-3 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age with strong interpersonal and communication skills and an outgoing, professional demeanor. Basic computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office) and the ability to learn gaming and CRM systems are required. Knowledge of casino operations and host liquor laws is preferred. Must be able to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Requires the ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License and TIPS certification. Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
