Requirements:
Genuine love for people, hospitality, and customer service Strong service awareness and comfort, naturally engaging with guests Positive, warm, and welcoming energy on the floor Coffee / barista experience is preferred, and we are happy to train the right person Basic espresso, milk texturing, or latte art experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is a plus Valid Washington State Food Handler Card Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (milk crates, coffee bags) Open and flexible availability is strongly preferred. This role requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Hospitality is non-negotiable•Are naturally talkative, warm, and welcoming with guests•Bring positive, upbeat energy to the bar Grow with BA!
