Party Host Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Activities Facilitator, Guest Support Specialist, and Party Host to create engaging and memorable experiences for our guests. This hybrid role involves facilitating fun activities, providing exceptional support between Table47 and Ocean5 and assisting guests, and hosting parties with enthusiasm and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event coordination, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for guests of all ages. They will be responsible for ensuring smooth event flow, engaging guests through interactive activities, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere throughout each event.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate various activities and entertainment options to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. Assist guests by answering questions, providing support, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Host parties by engaging guests, managing event flow, and creating a lively, fun environment. Support food service operations including setup, serving, and cleanup of food items when needed. Maintain safety protocols during all activities and events to ensure guest well-being. Collaborate with team members to keep the event area clean, organized, and welcoming. Engage with guests of all ages through activities, and engagement to enhance their experience. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event facilitation, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and entertain diverse groups of guests. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for guest interaction and public speaking. Creative mindset with the ability to adapt activities to different age groups and interests. Team-oriented attitude with good organizational skills.
