As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus and water
• Provide accurate wait times and manage reservations
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Assist in seating guests during peak times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary

• Previous experience in guest services or customer-facing roles preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
