Job Summary We are looking for friendly and energetic Part-Time or Full-Time Hostesses to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring guests feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and with a positive attitude as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Maintain a clean and organized host stand, ensuring menus, seating charts, and reservation logs are up to date. Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times, menu suggestions, and special requests. Assist with guest inquiries over the phone, demonstrating good phone etiquette and guest relations skills. Support the front-of-house team by coordinating seating flow during busy hours to ensure smooth operations. Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Requirements Prior experience as a host or hostess is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a welcoming personality are essential. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Knowledge of hospitality principles, including guest services and guest relations. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions.
