Great North Commons, home of Cowboy Mac's Country Club and Pope's Pizza are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security team members to help provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our guests. As one of Green Bay's premier Stadium District destinations, this role is especially important during game days, concerts, and local events. Responsibilities Verify identification and monitor guest entry. Maintain a visible security presence throughout the venue. Enforce house policies and state alcohol service regulations. Monitor guest behavior and address issues before they escalate. Professionally de-escalate conflicts and disturbances. Assist management with crowd control during busy nights and special events. Ensure exits, walkways, dance floor areas, and common spaces remain safe and accessible. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns. Work closely with management and staff to maintain a positive guest experience. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Previous security, bouncer, military, or law enforcement experience preferred. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong professionalism, dependability, and situational awareness. Ability to stand, walk, and work in crowded environments for extended periods.
