• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and help them to their table
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Assess customers' needs and provide them with any and everything they could need before they ask.
• Helping clear plates, bowls, glasses from the tables
• Carry food to tables, with or without a tray
• Roll Silverware
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies Skills
• Resume and proven working experience in customer service
• Knowledge of our policies and expectations
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Must be reliable.
• MUST be team oriented, willing to help others and have a positive attitude
