The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, communicating wait times to guests accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including the host stand and dining space. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, including reservations and general information about the restaurant. Assist in managing guest relations, addressing any concerns or feedback with a positive attitude. Skills Background in food service or hospitality. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is a plus. Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
