Job Description
HOTEL JACKSON
Jackson, Wyoming IBERO Support Rooftop Restaurant | Lunch + Dinner | Full-Time, Year-Round Competitive Hourly Rate + Tip Share Benefit Package + 401K • Subsidized Employee Housing • Ski Pass discount + Local Perks Who We Are Hotel Jackson is a boutique luxury hotel on the Town Square in Jackson, Wyoming. We are independently owned, personally operated, and deeply invested in this place. Hospitality here isn't transactional — it's an act of genuine connection. We believe in warmth, authenticity, expertise, and the kind of care that makes guests feel truly at home. Our mission is simple:
We are here to host. That means anticipating needs, elevating every detail, and delivering impactful memorable moments. The Role We're hiring an F&B Support team member to be the connective tissue of the dining floor. You'll greet and seat guests, run food, maintain tables, and work alongside servers and bartenders to deliver service that feels seamless and personal. This isn't a background role. The first impression of a guest's meal often happens in the first thirty seconds of being seated, and that's yours to set. We're looking for someone with warmth, energy, and genuine pride in a well-run dining room. What You'll Do The welcome: greet guests warmly and escort them to their table with confidence and care — this is the guest's first impression of the dining experience.Food running:
bring dishes from the kitchen to the correct table and guest position with accuracy and care — no auctioning food at the table.Table maintenance:
keep water filled, ensure proper utensils are present, and maintain tables attentively throughout the meal without being intrusive.Plate clearing and reset:
assist servers and bartenders with clearing and resetting tables efficiently so the floor stays clean and ready.Menu awareness:
learn the full menu including ingredients so you can answer guest questions confidently if asked.Side work:
assist with opening and closing duties according to the daily checklist; leave the restaurant clean and prepared for the next service.Team support:
be wherever the floor needs you — this role requires flexibility, attentiveness, and a team-first approach every shift. What We're Looking For Experience in a guest-facing hospitality or restaurant support role preferred; motivated candidates without prior experience will be considered. Warm, polished, and comfortable engaging with discerning guests. Quick on your feet and able to prioritize on the fly in a busy dining room.Strong attention to detail:
you notice what needs attention before it becomes a problem. Reliable team player with a positive attitude and genuine desire to contribute. Willingness to learn the full menu and take direction from servers, bartenders, and management. Physically capable of standing and moving throughout a full shift in a fast-paced environment. Who Thrives Here This role is a great fit for someone who is energized by a lively dining room, takes pride in the details, and wants to be part of a team that operates to a high standard. If you're curious about the hospitality industry and want to grow within it, this is a strong place to start. You'll thrive if you: Take ownership of the guest experience from the moment someone walks in. Are proactive — you see what needs to be done and do it without being asked. Enjoy working alongside a team in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. Want to learn and grow within the restaurant operation. This may not be the right fit if you: Prefer a slower pace or minimal guest interaction. Need detailed direction for every task throughout a shift. Are not interested in learning the menu or the standards of a luxury dining experience. Compensation & Benefits We know Jackson is one of the most expensive places to live in the country. We've built this package to make it work. Competitive hourly rate + tips where applicable Medical benefits (full-time/year-round eligible) Subsidized ski pass + select local perks Employee discounts at the restaurant/bar, and retail outlets How to Apply We review applications seriously, and we ask a few focused questions up front.
