Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and local attractions Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards Handle cash and be able to accurately count cash and make accurate change for guests. Responsible for cash transactions. Knows the procedure for obtaining proper credit card authorizations

Qualifications:
