Job Description

BW Athens Inn
  • Athens, AL Front Desk We are looking for a reliable, guest-focused Front Desk Agent.
This position includes mostly night (11pm to 7am), and few days 2nd shift 3pm to 11pm and requires weekend and holiday availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Check guests in and out professionally
  • Handle cash and end-of-night audit balancing
  • Respond to guest requests promptly
  • Maintain accurate records in our
PMS REQUIREMENTS
  • Customer service experience preferred; hotel experience a plus
  • Available weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
