In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. During your night shift, you'll also oversee the nightly audit process, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth overnight operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine guest relations, administrative skills, and hospitality management in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing professional and friendly front desk service throughout their stay Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision using hospitality reservation systems Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving solutions Conduct the nightly audit by reconciling daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of all accounts Maintain security protocols during overnight hours, including monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting property inspections Address guest concerns or emergencies swiftly following hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and satisfaction Communicate effectively with team members across multi-line phone systems and front desk operations to ensure seamless service delivery Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong understanding of guest services and client communication Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar hotel management software Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions and service quality Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries professionally Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes to ensure safety and accuracy during overnight shifts Strong customer service problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations and conflict resolution Previous resort experience or hotel experience that demonstrates adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences while developing your career in a vibrant hotel setting.
