In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for a positive stay, making each guest feel valued and cared for throughout their visit. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a lively, guest-focused environment. Selected candidates will be contacted directly to schedule interviews. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with excellent phone etiquette Assist guests with their needs by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, aiming to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or room issues swiftly Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently when required Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
