The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth operation of front desk functions. This role requires excellent customer service skills, hospitality management knowledge, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and support our diverse clientele. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Assist with night audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing guest communications Support guest relations efforts to foster a positive hotel experience Perform administrative tasks related to front desk operations as needed Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during night shifts or day shifts Multilingual or bilingual skills to assist a diverse guest demographic are preferred Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of resort operations, guest services, and hospitality best practices Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build guest rapport Ability to handle guest relations professionally, demonstrating patience and empathy Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests
