Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance to callers Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction Perform night audit procedures, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure accurate financial records Maintain guest relations by addressing needs promptly and efficiently, fostering loyalty and positive reviews Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet quality standards Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all front desk operations adhere to hospitality best practices Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests Knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest services best practices Experience with night audit procedures or hotel management systems is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends if needed Familiarity with resort or hotel environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication transforms ordinary stays into extraordinary memories.
