What You'll Do As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by: Greeting guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Managing check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and key distribution Answering guest questions and providing information about the hotel and local area Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving concerns with care Processing reservations, payments, and guest information accurately Collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment We're seeking someone who is: Friendly, dependable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Qualifications Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required —we're happy to train the right customer service professional. Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in English required; bilingual candidates, especially those who speak Spanish, are encouraged to apply. Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete the Form I-9 employment verification process upon hire.
