Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Clerk and Night Auditor, where your energy and hospitality expertise will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining exceptional service standards during overnight hours. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring guest needs are met promptly Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and room assignments through hospitality reservation systems Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting in compliance with hotel procedures Monitor security cameras, perform property inspections, and respond to any emergency situations following hotel emergency procedures Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting guests over the phone Maintain guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable Document shift activities through detailed reports on incidents, guest feedback, or operational issues for management review Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently and professionally Knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times Excellent communication skills via phone and in person; ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Previous night audit experience preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional during overnight shifts while managing multiple tasks Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences around the clock!
