• Full-Time About Us Forest Springs Resort is a 50-room boutique wellness retreat tucked into the Ozark forest just outside Eureka Springs. Guests come here to slow down, unplug, and find some peace. Since opening in June 2026, we've sold out every weekend, and we're building a team that can grow with us. About the Role We're looking for a Front Desk Lead who wants more than a front desk job. You'll run front of house, lead the front desk team, and act as manager on duty when the General Manager is off property. For the right person, this role is designed to grow into the General Manager's right hand, with more responsibility across operations as you prove yourself. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day front desk operations and act as manager on duty in the GM's absence Train, coach, and schedule front desk staff, and set the standard for guest service Handle guest concerns and escalations with calm, sound judgment Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest communications in our property management and guest platforms (Cloudbeds, Canary, Breezeway, and others; we'll train you) Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance so rooms are ready and issues get resolved quickly Carry out opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures accurately Bring ideas to improve the guest experience and how we operate Take on additional operational responsibilities as you grow in the role What We're Looking For Front desk, hotel, or guest-facing experience; supervisory experience is a strong plus Real ambition and a desire to grow into senior leadership A genuine love of hospitality and taking care of people Full availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Steady under pressure, organized, and able to make decisions independently Comfortable learning new software quickly Clear, professional communication in person, by phone, and in writing Why Join Us A clear growth path: this role is built to develop into a senior leadership position for the right person Work directly with the General Manager and learn the full operation, not just the front desk A quiet, beautiful forest setting instead of a corporate hotel
