Job Description

Front Desk Agent Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at our upscale hotel, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities Guest Services:
Greet guests warmly, check them in/out efficiently, process payments accurately, and attend to guest requests promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
Front Desk Operations:
Manage incoming calls, make reservations, provide information on hotel services, and assist guests with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Multilingual Support:
Utilize your language skills to assist international guests and enhance their stay by providing information in multiple languages.
Night Audit:
Conduct night audits to reconcile accounts, ensure accuracy in financial transactions, and generate reports for management review.
Guest Relations:
Build rapport with guests, address complaints or concerns professionally, and escalate issues as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs effectively and maintain a seamless guest experience. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or a front desk role is advantageous. Familiarity with hotel operations, guest relations, and phone systems is beneficial. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus to cater to diverse guest needs. Knowledge of hotel management software is desirable for efficient front desk operations.
Pay:
From $11.00 per hour
