Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. This role goes beyond basic check-in—you'll create memorable guest experiences by providing thoughtful service and personalized recommendations for dining, attractions, and local hidden gems. Key Responsibilities Greet every guest with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide exceptional customer service Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Manage reservations via phone, online systems, and walk-ins Process payments and maintain organized guest records Act as a local ambassador by recommending restaurants, activities, and attractions tailored to each guest Proactively engage with guests to enhance their stay and anticipate their needs Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Passion for helping people and creating positive guest experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Flagstaff or willingness to learn local attractions, dining, and activities Basic computer skills (PMS experience a plus) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Benefits Full time offers health benefit options including dental & vision insurance Employee discounts Opportunity to build hospitality and guest experience skills How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or apply in person at:
