Overnight Front Desk Agent The Kendrick Hotel - Flagstaff, AZ The Kendrick Hotel is looking for a dependable, friendly person to join our front desk team on the overnight shift. If you're comfortable working independently, enjoy helping people, and like the quieter pace of nights, this could be a great fit. As our overnight Front Desk Agent, you'll be the person guests can count on when most of the hotel is winding down. You'll welcome late arrivals, help guests with questions or requests, take care of check-ins and check-outs, answer the phone, and make sure the front desk and lobby stay organized and welcoming throughout the night. What you'll do Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful service Check guests in and out accurately Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions Respond to guest requests and take care of overnight needs Handle payments and basic front desk paperwork Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and organized Complete overnight reports and other routine closing tasks Monitor the property and follow hotel safety and security procedures Communicate any issues or maintenance concerns to the appropriate team Help make sure the morning team has everything they need for a smooth start What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and comfortable being the main point of contact during the overnight hours. Previous hotel experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.

You should be comfortable:

Working independently during overnight hours Talking with guests and handling occasional difficult situations calmly Using a computer and learning hotel systems Handling cash and credit-card transactions accurately Standing and walking for portions of the shift Maintaining a positive attitude even when the night gets busy Overnight availability is required.
