Front Desk Associate

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all visitors. Duties

• Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the hotel amenities and local attractions
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Proficiency in phone systems and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
