The first week of paid training will be held in Tempe and your hotel will be provided. The candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and wear many hats. The primary roles in the beginning of employment will be the front desk and marketing assistant duties. Over time, we will look into adding additional responsibilities as we see fit to assist with the Client Service requests. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately with a freshly baked cookies. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries via phone and email. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring calendar. Schedule appointments, maintain and update appointment calendars for 9 Advisors. Operate telephone system to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public. File and maintain records. Data entry-Excel and CRM Refill snack and beverage station Notarize documents: We will pay for you to get your Notary Setup and tear down for marketing events at colleges and restaurants as well as manage the reception table during events.
Requirements:
- Available M-F from 8:30a-5:30p (with an occasional weeknight or Saturday company event). This is a salary non-exempt position with a maximum of 40 hrs per week. During weeks that contain events, your schedule will be adjusted as needed.
- Proven admin or assistant experience and advanced typing skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and willing to help the team as needed
