Duties Pass medication and provide ADL's as needed in accordance with DHS rules and regulations Charting on each shift, all care that was provided Follow department's policies and procedures Assist with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents as required. Any additional task assigned, within scope of practice Requirements Exceptional communication skills, good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to show compassion, have patience, work as a team and have a warm and positive personality. Past experience working as a caregiver is ideal. Must be able to lift to assist residents with ADL's and be on your feet for long periods of time.

• Must have a valid AZ caregivers certification
• CPR and First Aide card
• Be able to pass a background and TB test
