Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Clerk and Night Auditor, where your energy and hospitality expertise will create memorable guest experiences around the clock. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our property, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries with professionalism, and maintaining operational excellence during overnight hours. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service and hotel management standards.

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services using property management systems (PMS) or similar platforms. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries, making reservations, and directing calls accurately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Conduct the night audit process Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with a positive attitude, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving skills to enhance guest satisfaction. Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently and efficiently in case of incidents or safety concerns, ensuring guest safety at all times. Maintain guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to foster a welcoming environment. Support front desk operations by managing property management systems (PMS), updating guest profiles, and ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Requirements
MUST BE FLEXIBLE IN SCHEDULE MINIMUM WILL BE 2 OVERNIGHTS AND 2 AFTERNOONS, MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HOTEL EXPERIENCE.
Proven experience in customer service or hotel front desk operations; previous hotel experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or comparable property management software (PMS). Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and hotel management standards. Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone system proficiency; ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly. Demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios; attentive to detail in financial reconciliation during night audits.
