Job Description
Essential Responsibilities Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality and provide outstanding customer service. Efficiently process guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments. Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner. Resolve guest concerns promptly while ensuring a positive guest experience. Perform Night Audit responsibilities, including balancing daily transactions, completing financial reports, and preparing the hotel for the next business day. Maintain accurate cash handling and guest account records. Follow Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous hotel Front Desk or customer service experience is preferred. Previous Night Audit experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating systems. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently. Schedule Requirements Full-time position with a flexible schedule. Must be available to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts . Must be available to cover shifts for employee vacations, call-offs, and other business needs as required.
