Job Summary
•We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Part Time Front Desk Associate to join our team! This is a slow-paced office, perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks. This part-time position is a great fit for someone looking for flexible work, supplemental income, or an opportunity to make the most of their available time. Responsibilities
•Greet patients with warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression Answer the phone promptly and courteously, taking messages, scheduling patients, or handling inquiries Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, taking and recording payments, handling inquiries, and providing information Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) to prepare documents, reports, and correspondence Stocking and Maintaining cleanliness of the reception area and exam rooms Assist with client communication and support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with insurance forms and claims (training will be provided) Hours

9-11AM, 1-4PM Qualifications
•Bilingual (Spanish) skills are highly preferred Prior office experience or administrative background is advantageous Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Outlook, and general computer skills Excellent phone etiquette in a professional setting Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and filing tasks Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and courteously Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple responsibilities Front desk experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us in creating a welcoming environment!
Pay:
From $19.75 per hour Expected hours: No more than 13.0 per week
