Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling reservations and payments. Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing phone etiquette to assist guests with their inquiries or reservations. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
