Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Evening Front Desk Associate! In this vibrant role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during evening hours, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Your energetic and customer-focused approach will create a warm, inviting atmosphere for all guests. You'll handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and oversee night audit procedures to maintain operational excellence. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls as needed Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset. Must be able to walk up and down stairs easily. Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in hotel records Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest profiles using hotel management software Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming throughout your shift Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and effectively Uphold phone etiquette standards while providing exceptional guest relations at all times Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is advantageous Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm Experience working in a fast-paced setting with multitasking capabilities is essential A background in hospitality management or hotel experience that emphasizes guest services and hospitality standards will set you apart but we are willing to train candidates with strong customer service. Duties will vary with hotel occupancy.
