Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable guest experiences that keep visitors coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Manage reservations using hospitality management systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS). Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions to enhance guest experiences. Address guest concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety at all times. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar PMS platforms. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries professionally. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as part of a part-time schedule. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is a plus.
