Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while delivering exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and provide information. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and support customer support efforts with professionalism. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents. Use office management skills to organize reservations, manage calendars, and coordinate guest services. Operate computer systems including Google Workspace for administrative tasks. Ensure the front desk area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times. Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management tools. Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse guests effectively. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and typing skills. Experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment such as printers and fax machines. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
