They are responsible for cultivating individualized relationships with our guests while also prioritizing the organizational duties of the front desk. Duties and Responsibilities Answer phone calls with confidence and professional verbiage. Work quickly with Opera system. Put work orders, service requests and maintain log books in Hotel Systems. Welcome members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence, creating an exceptional first impression. Manage member and guest arrivals, departures, and inquiries with efficiency and attention to detail. Maintain a strong understanding of hotel policies, guidelines, and daily operations. Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience throughout the property. Handle reservations, guest requests, and special accommodation with care and discretion, accurately and efficiently. Answer phone calls, emails, and internal communications in a polished and professional manner. Assist in monitoring front desk presentation, cleanliness, and organization at all times. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate. Support additional front office and operational responsibilities as needed to uphold club standards. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Must be able to effectively communicate Must be a team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision Must be able to have a flexible schedule, work weekends and holidays Must be able to sustain composure, remain calm, and possess a positive attitude Must be service oriented with excellent customer service skills Must be able to follow directions with focus to detail, speed and accuracy Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Must be able to work well under time constraints and remain calm Must have the ability to input data in the POS system Must be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language Must be able to exercise confidentiality and discretion.
