Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services Manage reservations accurately using hotel management software, ensuring all guest preferences are noted Conduct night audit procedures to verify daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and hospitality management skills Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems to assist guests and coordinate with other departments Address guest concerns promptly, offering solutions to enhance their stay and foster guest satisfaction Support front desk operations during overnight shifts by monitoring security, conducting safety checks, and ensuring a peaceful environment Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software systems Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to build positive guest relations through attentive service and hospitality expertise Familiarity with hotel experience standards, guest services protocols, and hospitality best practices Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts; previous hospitality management experience is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest feel valued!
