Duties Perform natural nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments with a focus on healthy nail practices Apply gel manicures, and other nail enhancements with precision and attention to detail Utilize color theory knowledge to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style Educate clients on proper nail care routines and maintenance for long-lasting results Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and salon safety standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure satisfaction Upsell retail products such as nail care items, polishes, and tools to enhance client experience and salon revenue Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a focus on natural nails and enhancements Knowledge of nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, and sanitation practices Familiarity with color theory, nail art techniques, and advanced manicure/pedicure procedures Strong communication skills for client consultation and service delivery Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques within a salon setting is preferred Nail Technician or Cosmetologylicensing as required by local regulations Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, disinfection, and safety protocols at all times Join us to deliver exceptional natural nail services in a relaxing environment where your skills are valued!
