Front Desk Staff - Badminton Club Job Overview We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and dependable Front Desk Staff member to join our badminton club. The main responsibilities of this position are assisting customers, checking customers in, processing transactions, answering questions, and helping resolve customer requests. Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but not required . We are willing to train someone who is responsible, comfortable working with customers, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Greet and check in customers Assist customers with questions and requests Process payments and other front desk transactions Answer phone calls and provide basic information about the facility Explain club policies, pricing, and procedures to customers Help resolve basic customer service issues Use our computer software to manage customer accounts and check-ins Keep the front desk area clean and organized Complete assigned front desk and facility tasks during the shift Communicate problems or customer concerns to management when necessary Requirements Must be able to speak English and Mandarin Friendly and professional attitude Comfortable talking and interacting with customers Responsible and dependable Punctual and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Comfortable using computers and learning new software Able to follow instructions and established procedures Able to work independently when needed Willing to help with basic cleaning and general facility tasks Previous customer service, cashier, receptionist, retail, or front desk experience is helpful, but not necessary.
