Role Description The Guest Services Associate - Sales & Guest is a part-time, on-site role based in El Segundo, CA. In this position, the associate greets guests, manages check-in and check-out, and provides information about services, memberships, and promotions. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations and appointments, responding to phone and in-person inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests throughout the shop. The role also involves supporting sales efforts by presenting membership options, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area. The associate collaborates closely with grooming professionals and management to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience. Qualifications Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, professional environment. Proven Customer Service experience, including managing guest concerns, inquiries, and feedback effectively. Ability to handle Reservations, appointments, and scheduling with attention to detail and accuracy. Clear and confident Communication skills for in-person, phone, and digital interactions. Comfort with point-of-sale systems, basic cash handling, and membership or retail sales. Reliable, punctual, and able to work part-time, including evenings and weekends as needed. Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a premium grooming environment. Previous experience in hospitality, spa, salon, fitness, or retail environments is beneficial.
