Role Description The Guest Services Associate - Sales & Guest is a part-time, on-site role based in El Segundo, CA. In this position, the associate greets guests, manages check-in and check-out, and provides information about services, memberships, and promotions. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations and appointments, responding to phone and in-person inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests throughout the shop. The role also involves supporting sales efforts by presenting membership options, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area. The associate collaborates closely with grooming professionals and management to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience. Qualifications Strong Guest Services and Guest Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, professional environment.
