We are currently hiring for a full-time Front Desk Guest Service Agent for the afternoon shift at The Encinitan Hotel & Suites. Our property is located on the hill in Encinitas, within walking distance of Moonlight Beach and downtown. As an independent hotel, we focus on providing a high level of service to our guests, and we need someone who understands that the front desk is where that experience begins.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Checking guests in and out. Managing our POS/PMS system (StayNTouch). Answering phones and directing inquiries. Resolving guest issues independently and handling conflict with professional judgment. Communicating effectively with both guests and our team members. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable with their schedule, and maintains a professional appearance .

Please note:

Previous hotel front desk experience is required for this position. We need someone who is already familiar with hospitality and can step into the role immediately. If you have the necessary experience and are looking for a full-time position job , please reach out.
