Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Kingston Bay Senior Living , an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to create a warm, welcoming experience for every resident, family member, and visitor who walks through our doors. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and being the go-to person for both guests and team members, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls promptly and courteously. Assist with clerical duties including filing, scheduling, and data entry. Provide community tours to prospective residents and families. Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting. Support the team as needed and help create an exceptional resident experience. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience required. Friendly, dependable, and professional with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers and standard office software.
