Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, professional, and guest-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting guests with their hotel needs from arrival through departure. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Complete check-in and check-out procedures Handle reservations, payments, and guest accounts Answer questions and resolve guest concerns promptly Provide information about rooms, rates, amenities, and hotel services Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arrival Assist with group, event, wedding, and VIP reservations Maintain accurate guest and reservation records Promote hotel services and upgrades when appropriate Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred HotelKey PMS experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable law Schedule & Availability This is a part-time position requiring open and flexible availability .
