Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide exceptional guest services by answering inquiries, offering local recommendations, and resolving issues promptly. Handle phone communications with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette to assist callers with reservations, questions, or emergencies. Maintain detailed records of guest stays, payments, and special requests while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and safety protocols are followed. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management. Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently in case of incidents or safety concerns to ensure guest well-being. Support multilingual or bilingual guests by providing clear communication in their preferred language whenever possible. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in front desk operations within hotels or resorts. Proficiency in hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management software (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations better. Knowledge of hotel management principles, including night audit processes and hotel emergency procedures. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with hotel experience standards, including guest services, client communication, and property management systems (PMS).
