We are looking to fill our part time front desk position. A front desk agent serves as our guests first point of contact and manages all aspects of their stay. Ultimately, you will help to create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. So if you have a knack for exceptional customer service, we'd like to meet you! Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities Skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask Efficient problem-solving
