Full Job Description Job Duties:
- Responsible for handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, informing guests of hotel's facilities at time of registration.
- Handle guest requests, issues, and complaints and proactively resolve in a manner satisfactory to both the guest and hotel.
- Answer guest queries regarding local area facilities and be able to give proper info and directions to these areas.
- Proper telephone etiquette, transferring of calls, and taking detailed messages according to company standards.
- Must be able to work well with others and must be able to work alone.
- Professional, honest, reliable, and adaptable.
- Weekends & holidays a must (flexible schedule is a plus).
- Knowledge of previous hospitality experience a plus.
- Understanding all parts of hotel activity and all other aspects.
- Parking Vehicles (Have valid drivers license).
- Moving bags up to 50 pounds.
