A Greeter welcomes customers or guests into businesses, creating the first impression. Assist with any queries and promote the business' facilities or operations. Greeters also farewell guests or customers. Escalates any issues or concerns to management.
This is a part time position - 1-3 days per week and must have ability to work weekends. The Wine Educator is responsible for hosting visitors to the tasting room for tours and tastings and educating guests on our story and wines in order to sell wine, acquire new wine club members, and create ambassadors to the brand.
