Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly phone etiquette and attentive service. Manage reservations efficiently using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or Property Management Systems (PMS). Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with problem-solving skills to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments while adhering to hotel policies. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and uphold safety procedures. Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to support hotel operations. Assist guests with local information, hotel amenities, emergency procedures, and other services to enhance their stay experience. Other tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary based on company needs. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and night audit processes. Excellent phone communication skills with multi-line phone system proficiency and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while delivering outstanding guest service solutions. Previous experience working with multi-tasking environments like resort hotels or large properties is preferred. Pay:
$19.75 - $20.75 per hour
